When I was playing football, I always requested my mom to prepare this salad. I did not want anything heavy to slow me down and feel awkward after a lengthy and intense game. This was my favourite meal at all times since it was fresh, rewarding, and easier to digest.

  • Tuna: 1-2 cans of tuna in brine or water (drained).
  • Rice: 1 cup of warm white or brown rice (chilled).

flake the tuna that is drained and empty over the middle of the bowl and sprinkle with the sweetcorn.

Whisk in a small bowl the Greek yogurt, garlic and lemon juice.

Drizzle the garlic creamy sauce on top of the plate right before serving so that the vegetables remain crunchy.
